Schlage Encode Keyless Entry. You will be given a 4-digit code for entry and exit.

Other things to note:

-Events of any kind are permitted only with prior approval.
-This home is professionally cleaned with each stay and all home effects/damages are noted before new guest arrivals. Guests should take note of any obvious damages upon check-in and notify hosts immediately. Should guests not notify hosts, hosts will assume damages are due to guest occupying property or will be noted upon check out and damage requests will be sent accordingly.
-We leave all of our guests with a starter supply of essentials: toiletries in each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, starter dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Additional supplies will be the guest's responsibility.
-Kitchens are not stocked with foil, etc. but are fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and spices.
-Linens are provided based on the number of guests in the reservation.
Pets are allowed with a one-time pet fee.

2-night minimum stay required (3–5 nights during peak seasons).

-You must be 25 years or older to book.

-Pool is heated to 88°F at no additional charge.
